My name is Michael Ray Hopkin, welcome to my blog! My reason for writing this blog is to open up discussions on being a leader in your organization.

I have over 13 years of experience working as a software engineer and a product manager for companies ranging from startups to major corporations. I currently work as director of product management at Alianza and am responsible for the company’s product strategy and direction. I am a proven communicator who has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to gain the trust and commitment of large, cross-divisional work groups.
